I was the project manager for three new, re-branded websites for CENTURY 21 Canada. For each of the websites I conceptualized the website sitemap, wrote the copy, sourced images/ videos, created a work back schedule and budget for each website and managed each site through to completion.

This website was created to replace the old C21 Franchise Sales site. The direction was to target a new audience of potential franchisees across Canada. The intention was to portray the type of lifestyle that comes with being a C21 franchise owner and the tools that C21 provides to make a franchisee successful from day one.

With only two months to conceptualize, design, create and publish a new, re-branded careers website for Century 21 Canada this website was fueled by team work, focus and lots of coffee. The direction for this site was to create a careers site that offices could use across Canada to recruit new real estate agents and highlight the benefits of working with C21.

The C21 tech site was initially a stand alone site and then it became a section of the careers site. The intention for this site was to use the new C21 tech platform as a recruitment tool to attract new real estate agents. The direction was for the site to focus on the tech tools available to C21 real estate agents and how those tools can better their business.
